Bulk & Freight Orders
Orders over 150 lbs or requiring pallet shipping are coordinated by our logistics team. Contact logistics@marketexpres.us or call +1-725-281-8660 for a freight quote before placing large orders.
General Policies
Orders are processed on business days (Mon–Fri, excluding US federal holidays). Orders placed after 2pm ET may be dispatched the following business day.
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Market Express is not liable for carrier delays.
Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon carrier pickup. For damaged shipments, file a claim within 5 days of delivery.
Shipping to PO Boxes is supported for standard USPS shipments only. FedEx and UPS require a physical address.
